2024年世界无烟日绘画大赛
为了展示青少年绘画才艺和技能，我们将在2024年6月1日（地点Rockwood Market Hall，458 SE 185th Ave, Portland, OR 97233）世界无烟日健康博览会上举办全州青少年绘画大赛！
一、参赛组别：大赛分为小学，初中，高中组，成人组。
二、将以“想象－下没有烟草的俄勒冈州”为主题。绘画形式包括国画、油画、素描、白描画、水彩画、粉彩画、彩铅画、卡通画，摄影作品等；作品大小均为11-24英寸之内；
三、评审和奖项：由俄勒冈艺术家协会评选各年龄组的一、二、三等奖各一名，参展作品由艺术家们按照作品的整体效应、创意、技巧、内容、美感、反差及完成的程度评分，专家们提倡和强调独立创造为主！
四、征稿时间：自本日起至2024年5月29日止。
五、收稿办法：请将参赛作品拍照发送至cfapportland@gmail.com，并注明姓名、年龄、年级及联系方式等，以便评选；于2024年5月31日下午1时至4时将作品送至8245 SE Bush St., Portland, OR 97266。或6月1日送至展览现场。结束后，作品由本人或委托人于6月1日下午3时取回。
六、绘画作品可以在One River School of Art + Design 展示一个月，学校还将奖励4名获奖学生价值$225-245一个月课时奖券，地址：15010 SW Bangy Road, Lake Oswego, OR 97035。周一至日10-5pm可以直接送去画廊，或者放在信封夹中由我们转交去画室展览！

2024 World No Tobacco Day Art Contest
To showcase youth drawing talents and skills, we will be holding a statewide youth drawing contest at the World No Tobacco Day Health Fair on 6/1/2024 (location：Rockwood Market Hall，458 SE 185th Ave, Portland, OR 97233)!
1. Participating Age Groups: The competition is divided into four age groups: elementary school, junior high school and high school, College level and up.
2. The theme will be “Imagine Oregon without Tobacco.” Painting forms include Chinese painting, oil painting, sketch, line drawing, watercolor painting, pastel painting, colored lead painting, cartoon painting, photography, etc.; the size of the works is within 11-24 inches;
3. Judging and awards: The Oregon Artists Association will select one first, second and third place winner for each age group. The participating works will be selected by the artists based on the overall effect, creativity, technique, content, beauty, contrast and completion of the work. Degree scoring, experts advocate and emphasize independent creation!
4. Submission period: from today to 5/29/24.
5. Method for receiving submissions: Please take photos of the entries and send them to cfapportland@gmail.com, and indicate your name, age, grade and contact information for the purpose of selection. Please bring your artwork from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm on May 31, 2024, to 8245 SE Bush St., Portland, OR 97266 or delivery to the exhibition site on June 1 . Please pick up your artwork by the person or representative at 3 p.m. on June 1.
6. All contest artwork will have the opportunity to be displayed at One River School of Art + Design Gallery for one month. They will provide 4 1-month classes for four winners. Their location is: 15010 SW Bangy Road, Lake Oswego, OR 97035. We can collect the artwork after 6/1 event and deliver to the gallery or you can deliver to the gallery yourself between 10-5pm Monday to Sunday.
