The CFAP is proud to partner with the OHSU Department of Pathology to offer a free community cervical HPV self-collection testing clinic on Sunday, October 6, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM PST at our location: 8245 SE Bush St., Portland, OR 97266.
This initiative is essential for detecting high-risk HPV types that can lead to cervical cancer, enabling early intervention and prevention.
The American Cancer Society recommends HPV testing every five years for women aged 25 to 65.
With the recent FDA approval of HPV self-collection in mobile clinics, we aim to widen access to screening. Just come to the clinic with your ID, and we will assist you with registration.
No insurance or appointment is needed. A doctor will guide you through the self-collection process. Your HPV results will be delivered to you in 2-3 days. We cordially invite all women aged 25 to 65 to take advantage of this important health service.
